Pass the ATS Filter
Most companies use Applicant Tracking Systems to screen applications before a recruiter touches them. Strong candidates get filtered out every day — not because they're underqualified, but because their CV has inconsistent formatting, missing keywords, or layout choices that don't parse cleanly.

Pass the Human Eye
Getting through ATS is gate one. Gate two is a recruiter skimming 50 CVs and spending about 10 seconds on each. This prompt gets Claude to think like them — and it doesn't hold back. Replace the placeholder with your actual target sector.
"Now act as a senior hiring manager in [your target industry]. Look at my CV and tell me what's weak, what's missing, and what would make you reject this in the first 10 seconds."
Build the New CV
Take both outputs from Prompts 1 and 2 and feed them back into Claude with this prompt. Claude reorders sections, tightens bullet points, improves keyword density, and applies ATS-safe formatting — outputting a clean Word doc ready to download.

Find the Right Roles
With your new CV ready, this prompt searches LinkedIn and ranks the best-matched roles against your actual background — not just keyword overlap. Each result comes back with the LinkedIn job ID so you can apply straight away.
"Search LinkedIn for remote [your target role] jobs in [your target regions]. Match them against my CV and return the top results ranked by fit — include job title, company, salary, and the LinkedIn job ID."
